fanymagnetandfanymagnet bb59a71cb9 fix(subscription): refresh main list after updating subscriptions (#6329) ...

Updating subscriptions from the subscription screen without auto-test replaced
profile GUIDs but did not request a main list refresh. The main screen kept stale
rows, and editing one opened an empty editor because its payloads had been removed.
