Changes update parsing/serialization in FmtBase (map query param "tti" to config.kcpTti and emit it), KCP stream settings mapping in V2rayConfigManager, UI bindings in ServerActivity, and equality checks in ProfileItem to use kcpTti. This clarifies that the field applies to KCP-specific TTI values while preserving the external query key.
